On Tuesday, November 11, we will leave for beautiful Asheville, North Carolina, for a three-day two two-night trip to view the Biltmore estate at Christmas. Below is the itinerary for this trip. A more detailed itinerary will be available as we get closer to the date of the event.

Tuesday 11/11:

10:00 am- Depart from RPC 

12:00 pm- 1:30 pm- Lunch in Knoxville (Austin’s Steakhouse)

1:30-3:00 pm- Arrive at hotel

6:00 pm- Dinner

8:00 pm- Optional Game time 

Wednesday 11/12:

8:00 am- Breakfast in the hotel 

9:00 am- Depart from the hotel for Biltmore 

Conservatory & Gardens Tour

11:30 am- Lunch at the Stable House (Special Christmas Menu)

1:00 pm- Tour Biltmore Home, followed by Shops at Biltmore 

4:00-ish pm- Depart from Biltmore for the Hotel 

6:00 pm- Dinner 

8:00 pm - Optional Game Time 

Thursday 11/13:

8:30 am- Breakfast at the Hotel

9:30 am- Depart from the Hotel

11:30 am-1:00 pm- Lunch in Knoxville (Parkside Grill) 

2:30 pm- Arrive at RPC 

The cost is $300 per person, with $100 Non-refundable deposit required by August 15. Trip cost includes transportation, lodging, admission to the Biltmore, lunch at the Biltmore, and a continental breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday. Lunch & Dinner on Tuesday, Dinner on Wednesday, and Lunch on Thursday will be on your own. 

Payment Schedule:

$100- Deposit by 8/15/25

$100- Second Payment by 9/15/25

$100- Final Payment by 10/15/25
